Recipes Using Keep Calm & Curry On
Curry Veggie Dip
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3 oz cream cheese at room temperature
- 1 Tbsp Keep Calm & Curry On
- 1 medium tomato, deseeded finely chopped
- 1/3 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/3 cup finely chopped peeled and seeded cucumber
- Salt to taste
Combine all above ingredients. Chill for 15-20 to let flavors meld. Serve with veggies (carrots, celery, broccoli cauliflower, peppers),pita chips, raw crackers
Curry Vinaigrette
- 1 Tbsp Keep Calm and Curry On
- 3 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
- 9 Tbsp Olive Oil
In a medium bowl, whisk together vinegar and mustard. Add oil in a thin stream, whisking constantly, until the oil is completely incorporated. Add curry powder and whisk until smooth. Season to taste with salt.
