Curried Quinoa

We have been trying so many recipes where we add our our Keep Calm & Curry On. This is a great one!  We will add sauteed veggies and make a meal of it or add a nice grilled protein.  This recipe feeds 2.
  • 2 cups bone broth or chicken broth
  • 1 cup of quinoa
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic minced
  • tablespoons Keep Calm & Curry On
  • We like Jeddy's Seasoning to taste but you can use salt and pepper


  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute the onions until they become translucent, then add the garlic and saute for a couple minutes. Add quinoa and stir until lightly toasted, about 5 minutes.

  2. Pour broth into the pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and stir in Keep Calm & Curry On Seasoning; cover and simmer until tender, about 25 minutes. Season to taste with Jeddy's Seasoning or salt and pepper.
