To create a chimichurri paste combine 2 tablespoons of warm water with 2 tablespoons of the dry mix. Allow to steep for about 7-10 minutes to revive the dry herbs and spices, then add 2 tbsp of red wine vinegar and 4-6 tablespoons of olive oil. Use to marinate your favorite proteins. OR let sit and let the flavors meld as you cook your proteins.
We love to toss cur potatoes with a bit of olive oil and Chim Chim Churree then roast.
