Collection: Infused Salts

We love infusions and when we first started mixing flavors we decided that infused salts should some day be a part of our line.  

Since we began infusing oils and making botanical vinegars and syrups more and more, we were plagued with tossing out so much product into our compost. Although it isn't a bad thing to compost, we wondered how else could we use this discard. We realized after some tests that infusing salt would be a way of using our herb and spice mash adding some incredible flavors, vibrancy and nutrients to our salt.
