Bidens Alba Flower Essence

Bidens Alba is an abundant Florida native plant and is in the states top 3 plants for pollinators.  Many gardeners consider it a weed and is sometimes called beggers ticks or spanish needle.  The plant offers so many medicinal and nutritional benefits.  They can be eaten both leaves and flowers in salads, made into pesto or sauteed.  Infuse in apple cider vinegar.  The leaves can be made into a tea.  An oil infusion for external use on the skin or a healing salve.  A tincture can be made from all parts of the plant.
