Recipes Using Mangia Bene & Mangia Bene Pepperoncini

Dips and Dressings

1.  Oil and Vinegar Italian Salad Dressing 

1 Tbsp. Mangia Bene (for spicier blend use Pepperoncini)
2 Tbsp. water
1/2 cup oil 
1/4 c. vinegar

Combine all ingredients in jar, shake well.  Salt to taste (Option:  1 tsp Parmesan cheese)

2.  Creamy Italian Salad Dressing 

1 Tbsp. Mangia Bene or Mangia Bene Pepperoncini
1/4 cup mayonnaise or plain yogurt
1 Tbsp. water 

Combine.  Salt to taste.  (Option:  1 tsp Parmesan cheese)

3.  Taste of Italy Bread Dipper

1 Tbsp. Mangia Bene or Mangia Bene Pepperoncini in small bowl or plate.  Pour EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil) over.  Allow to sit 15 min for flavors to meld.

4.  Zesty Italian Vegetable Dip

Combine 1 1/2 cups sour cream, 1/2 cup mayo with 1 Tbsp. Mangia Bene Pepperoncini.  Salt to taste.  Chill for 1 hour to meld flavors.
