While living in Colorado, our family fell in love with the food at a Himalayan Restaurant. When we ventured out on the road traveling the country, we just never found a place that gave us those flavors we missed.  So what did we do?  Why created our own seasoning blend, of course. Now we can enjoy our favorite curry flavors any time we want.
