Parmesan Potato Wedge

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 Potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan
  • Jeddy's Seasoning
  • Rosemary
  • Olive Oil

DIRECTIONS:

Clean potatoes.  Slice into wedges.  Toss in a bowl with rest of ingredients.

Put on a sheet pan.  Bake at 425, periodically flipping the wedges.  Once desired crispiness.  Serve with Chipotle Ketchup.
