Ça C’est Bon Cajun Blackening Spice

Brush melted butter (we use a couple drops of Ça C’est Bon Cajun Infused Oil added to the butter for an extra flavor goodness) on your favorite meat (steak, chicken, shrimp, fish and even pork), then dredge it through Ça C’est Bon Cajun Blackening Spice. Get a high temp pan ready, we like cast iron. You will be cooking quickly to sear those spices onto the food. For those meats that may be thicker and need cooked a bit longer, you can place on sheet pan with rack and place into oven to get to temp after searing those spice in.
