When Life Hands You Lemons....Make a Dip
Lemony Pepper Chicken Dip
- 1 cup white cheddar
- 1 cup Gouda
- 1 cup Parmesan
- 3 tbs Butter
- 1 cup Fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup Chopped parsley
- 1 tsp Minced Garlic
- 2 cup Sautéed chicken chunks OR use shredded rotisserie chicken
- 1 tbs When Life Hands You Lemony Pepper
- 3 tsp Hot Sauce (optional)
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
If not using shredded rotisserie chicken, sauté small chunks of chicken in pan. Set aside
In a medium size skillet, over medium heat add butter. Once melted, stir in cream cheese, mayo, and sour cream. Stir continuously.
Once everything begins to melt and combine, stir in lemon juice.
Add minced garlic and When Life Hands You Lemony Pepper, stir to combine and make sure nothing sticks to pan.
Begin adding 1/2 of each cheese. Continuously stir until fully melted.
Add chicken and stir till fully combined.
Add mixture to backing dish and top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve with your favorite crackers, chips or veggies. We love to dip our broccoli and cauliflower in it.
