Dilly Dill Pickle Dip

Ok we love our homemade dill pickles. We use them to make all kinds of things and add them to our deviled eggs, tartar sauce and more. So one day we were making some homemade chips and thought let's make a dip. And our dilly dill pickle dip was created. If you haven't had a dill pickle dip with a chip, well it is time to try :)

Ingredients:

  • Dilly Dill Herb Blend
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped Dill pickles (see this recipe for a quick refrigerator dill pickles)
  • Approx 1/4 cup Pickle juice

Directions:

  • .In a medium bowl, press and stir cream cheese trying to get out the lumps.
  • Slowly add pickle juice to the cream cheese, mixing well after each addition, this will help smooth it more.
  • Stir in chopped pickles and Dilly Dill Herb Blend
  • As always if you Love Jeddy's you can add to taste now. We do because we add a little Jeddy's to everything :)
  • Refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes before serving, if you can't wait don't worry but it does get better as the flavors meld.
