When you you were a kid, did you ever eat spaghetti o's?
Franco American started nationally distributing spaghetti o's in 1965. It was rebranded to Campbells in 2004. I remember as a kid having spaghetti o's in my Holly Hobby thermos for school lunches. I haven't eaten spaghetti o's in over 30 years, which perhaps ages me. So National Noodle Ring Day brings back a little nostalgia.
I looked and there are people who have created recipes to duplicate this nostalgic meal in a can.
So although the nostalgia is for the canned spaghetti o's, I just might make a batch homemade and see how close I can get it to my memories.
