This is one of our favorite meals. So many have said "oh I couldn't eat a fish taco", but once they tried the Rockin' Fish Tacos, they were sold. We love to pair it with a Jeddy Marg.
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 lb fish (our favorite is mahi-mahi & grouper)
Corn Tortillas
Spicy Sour Cream
Options: shredded cheese and salsa
LOVE - The most important ingredient
DIRECTIONS:
~Take a couple tbsp of Olive Oil and mix in Jeddy’s Seasoning to make a nice oil to spread on fish.
~Place fish on griddle or pan and cook till golden on each side and fish starts to flake. Fork separate fish into shreds.
~Take several tbsp of sour cream and mix in Jeddy’s Seasoning.
~Heat tortillas on griddle or pan. Spread sour cream on tortilla,
~Place fish on prepared tortilla. Put spoonful of Jeddy’s Cole Slaw over fish. Sprinkle with fresh cilantro or pico de gallo. *Can add shredded cheese, if you desire.
