Mojo Pulled Pork

Ingredients:

7 lb Pork Shoulder

1 59 oz Bottle Orange Juice

15 oz Lime Juice

15 oz Lemon Juice

2 tbsp Jeddy’s Seasoning

8 Cloves of Garlic

2 Large Yellow Onions

2 tbsp of Mexican Oregano

 

DIRECTIONS:

Step 1: In blender combine 2 cups orange juice and 1 cup lemon and lime juice with garlic, Mexican oregano, 1/2 onion chopped & Jeddy’s Seasoning.

Step 2 Slice onions. Combine in large bowl balance of juices, onions & blended concoction.

Step 3 Place pork and mojo into double bagged garbage bags. Twist inner bag and tie tight without air.

Step 4 Marinate in fridge for overnight.

Step 5 Slow cook in crock pot with mojo to cover on high for 6 hrs or till pork pulls apart.
