Jeddy's Cole Slaw

1 1/4 cup Mayonaise (or Just Mayo)
2 tbs Apple Cider Vinegar (with mother vnegar)
1/3 cup sugar
2 tbs Jeddy’s Seasoning
1/2 Cabbage chopped
2 carrots shredded
1 granny smith apple chopped
1/2 cup Pineapple diced
LOVE - The most important ingredient
I like to use my hands, this connects me to the slaw.
Clean and clear your work area. Mix Jeddy’s Seasoning with mayo, vinegar and sugar.
Now taste the sauce. Is it too tangy for your taste- add sugar, is it too sweet-add vinegar, not enough spice- add Jeddy's. I like to ask my boys to taste and ask them what they would add. Once you love the taste, Set aside.
Chop up cabbage, shred carrots, dice apples and pineapple. Pour sauce over. Stir to mix,
Can serve immediately but letting chill for an hour melds it all together. I like to use my hands.
