Channeling Taco Peppitas

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces pepitas (raw) (pumpkin seeds)
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Channel Your Inner Juan
  • 1 tsp pink Himalayan sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking sheet
  3. In a small bowl, combine the pepitas, olive oil, and Channel Your Inner Juan
  4. Stir to evenly coat the pepitas.
  5. Spread evenly on the parchment paper or silicone baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes or until the pepitas are toasty brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes
  8. Enjoy!
