Channeling Taco Peppitas

Ingredients
- 6 ounces pepitas (raw) (pumpkin seeds)
- 1 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Channel Your Inner Juan
- 1 tsp pink Himalayan sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking sheet
- In a small bowl, combine the pepitas, olive oil, and Channel Your Inner Juan
- Stir to evenly coat the pepitas.
- Spread evenly on the parchment paper or silicone baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes or until the pepitas are toasty brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for 10 minutes
- Enjoy!
